Hurley's maX In-App Members-Only Contest Terms and Conditions

Eligibility: The Hurley's maX In-App Members-Only Contest (the "Contest") is open to active members of the Hurley's maX Rewards Program who are residents of the Cayman Islands. Each member account is eligible to enter the Contest once, as specified in the contest details.

Entry Period: The Contest start and end dates are as indicated on the competition page within the Hurley's maX app. Entries submitted before or after this period will not be considered.

Entry Method: Members may enter the Contest by following the instructions provided on the competition page within the Hurley's maX app.

Prizes: The prizes for each Contest will be specified on the competition page within the Hurley's maX app. Prizes must be collected in person at the Customer Service desk of Hurley's unless otherwise indicated.

Quality and Order of Prizes from External Parties: Hurley's shall not be held responsible for the quality, condition, or timely delivery of prizes provided by external parties in connection with the Contest. Any issues or disputes regarding such prizes should be resolved directly between the member and the external party providing the prize. Hurley's is not liable for any matters related to prizes provided by external parties.

Announcement of Winners: By entering the Contest, members consent to Hurley's publishing their first name and last name as winners on the competition page within the Hurley's maX app.

Winner Notification: Winners will be notified via the contact information associated with their Hurley's maX account. If a winner cannot be contacted within 72 hours of the Contest's conclusion, an alternate winner may be selected.

Decisions are Final: All decisions regarding Contest eligibility, winners, and prizes are at the sole discretion of Hurley's, and such decisions are final.

Liability: Hurley's, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be responsible or liable for any losses, damages, or injuries of any kind resulting from participation in the Contest or the acceptance, possession, or use of any prize.

Modification or Cancellation: Hurley's reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Contest at any time and for any reason, including, but not limited to, fraud, technical failures, or other factors beyond its control, which may affect the integrity or fairness of the Contest.

Personal Information: By entering the Contest, members consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information for the purposes of administering the Contest only, and in accordance with Hurley's privacy policy.

Governing Law: The Contest and these terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Cayman Islands.
