CERTIFIED BUTCHER

We proudly feature Certified Angus Beef® from the U.S. as well as handpicked local beef raised to our strict specifications. In order to provide the best quality, all of our beef is cut and trimmed daily by our skilled team of trained butchers to ensure maximum quality and care.

GROUND BEEF

Our ground beef complies with our high food standards. We produce all of our ground beef in-house without using any additives, fillers, or pre-ground tubed meat, and we also test every batch for fat content and place it clearly on every label. HANDCRAFTED GOURMET SAUSAGE

We offer an extensive assortment of house-made gourmet sausages. We produce pork sausages in jerk, chorizo, and barbecue flavors on a daily basis, with low-fat chicken and turkey alternatives for our health-conscious customers. On the grill or as a meaty pasta sauce base, Hurley’s gourmet handcrafted sausages are an island favorite.

As well as our house-made sausages we also have a selection of British Bangers from Priors Hall Farm based in the UK, they stock traditional british sausages. We also stock local producer Caribos.

POULTRY

We have the most extensive selection of chicken, in-store and online, with Sanderson Farms all-natural chicken, the Jamaican favorite Best Dressed Chicken, and Empire® Kosher kosher chicken as strong favorites

LOCAL SEAFOOD

Hurley’s Fish Market is the ideal place for the freshest local fish. Our local fishermen bring in snapper, wahoo, tuna, dolphin, turbot, and more from Cayman’s bountiful waters, and we then hand-select and serve only the best.

At our seafood counter, we also feature a wide variety of shrimp, scallops, fresh salmon, cod, and other fresh fish from all around the world. And if you’re looking to catch your own seafood, we also stock a variety of frozen bait fish! Every day our bakery department bakes hundreds of loaves of bread, breakfast pastries, and desserts. You can usually smell the fresh-baked treats as you walk through the store. We also carry a large selection of all-natural European-style breads, Brooklyn Bagels from New York, single-serve gourmet desserts, and delicious house-made doughnuts.

The Hurley’s bakery team can customize a cake for any special occasion you may be celebrating. We bake and decorate the best sheet cakes on the island and can even add your favorite photo in edible frosting to one of our custom cakes!
