Hurley's Meat Department is known throughout the Caribbean for offering only the finest, freshest meats. We proudly feature Certified Angus Beef from the U.S. and hand picked local beef raised to our specifications. All beef is cut and trimmed daily by our skilled team of trained butchers.

We produce all of our ground beef in-house and test each batch for fat content, which is clearly labeled on every package. We grind our beef fresh several times per day and never use additives, fillers, or pre-ground tubed meat in our offerings.

Hurley's offers an extensive assortment of Handcrafted Gourmet Sausage made fresh in-house. On a weekly basis we produce pork sausage in jerk, chorizo, and barbecue flavors. We also make fresh chicken and turkey sausage as a low-fat alternative to our traditional pork sausages. Great on the grill or used as a base for a delicious meaty pasta sauce, Hurley's Gourmet Handcrafted Sausages are an island favorite.

Hurley's offers the most extensive selection of chicken on the island. Sanderson Farms all natural chicken from the U.S., Jamaican favorite CB Broilers, and Empire Brand kosher chicken. We also stock turkey, duck, and Cornish hens.

Hurley's Fish Market is known as the place to find the freshest local fish. During the various seasons our local fisherman arrive with snapper, wahoo, tuna, dolphin, turbit, and more from Cayman's bountiful waters. All of our fish is hand selected and served, ready for your enjoyment.

Our seafood counter also features a wide variety of shrimp, scallops, fresh salmon, cod, and other fresh fish from around the world. We also stock a variety of frozen bait fish for those that want to catch their own!
